Cancellations and refunds

Free trial

The 30-day free trial needs no card. If you do not carry on, nothing is charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Open Site Control, go to Account, and choose Stop automatic payments, or email support@sitecontrol.co.za. No further bills are charged. You keep full use of Site Control until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then your records stay readable for 90 days.

Refunds

Monthly payments are for the month ahead and are not refunded for part of a month, except where the law requires it.

If you are charged in error, for example twice for the same month, we refund the extra charge in full to the same card, usually within 7 working days.

If you are a consumer under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel within 7 days of your first payment and receive a full refund.

How to ask

Email support@sitecontrol.co.za with your company name and invoice number (for example SC-00012). We reply within 2 working days.
